My name is Michael Bonetti.  Welcome to MAX 4 FITNESS!  I have been a professional fitness trainer since 1994 and I know helping you achieve your health and fitness goals involves more than willpower, desire or ability. It involves being emotionally excited about your fitness routine and the results you are going to get. We are here to help you reach all your fitness goals; but most importantly, we are here to help you improve the quality of your life.
