Please keep in mind that we want to be more than just a place where you have a membership. We feel strongly about fitness and what it can do in your life and we want to help you get the most out of your time with us.
Our facility
* We are a family owned club doing business in Sandy Springs since 1994.
* We guarantee that anyone who joins the club in the future will never pay less than you do today.
* We promise to never raise your rates as long as you’re a member of this club. Simply stay current with your membership, or renew within 30 days of expiration, and we will honor your current rate for as many years as you wish to be a member here.
* Our mission here is simple: we want to be the best part of your day every day.
‘Train on your own’ Program: $249
Our ‘Train on your own’ program includes:
* An Individualized TPI Golf Fitness Assessment and a 6-week Online Training Workout program to follow with video descriptions of all your exercises and drills.
* 2 Private Golf Fitness Training Sessions
* Free Access to MYTPI.com
At the end of the end of your 6-week Online Training Workout plan, come back in to get re-assessed and your new 6-week plan for only $149
For those golfers who are looking to ‘stay on track’ by working out with a golf fitness instructor on a weekly basis, we have Three levels of monthly golf fitness training packages to choose from.
Monthly Membership Options
Par Program
► $220 per month- A scientifically designed semi-private personal training program (changes once per month) to improve the areas of your body in relation to playing better golf; hitting longer drives, playing pain free, better posture and more endurance.
- One intensive instructional coaching session a week (4/month) working on your specific needs and goals in a semi-private setting.
- Free Access to MYTPI.com
Birdie Program
► $360 per month- A scientifically designed semi-private personal training program (changes once per month) to improve the areas of your body in relation to playing better golf; hitting longer drives, playing pain free, better posture and more endurance.
- Two intensive instructional coaching sessions a week (8/month) working on your specific needs and goals in a semi-private setting.
