Yes, MAX4 offers individualized one on one private training sessions.  The majority of our clients prefer the semi-private training model once they've established a consistent routine with us.


MAX4 works with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds, including beginners, athletes, and seniors. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and abilities.
